One of my friend was banned suddently.

You are wrong! The PB GUID is the same, so it´s the right guy and ban!

Both GUIDs do indeed have a violation logged. So both players don't seem to be banned by mistake. If any of the players feel like they have been banned in error they need to appeal themselves. We only discuss bans with the affected player directly.
