I appeal a ban on behalf of one member in my platoon.

The reason says PunkBuster ban. However, I searched his guid "778d7bc8"  on PBbans. No ban record.

Btw, he is still able to enter servers which are not protected by BF4DB. It means he is banned by the BF4DV, not the PunkBuster.  

May I know what story is please?
