If I buy one more account and of course I played without cheat/hack, I will be banned again for linked accounts?

Sure you can buy a new account. If it will last long is something else. About the increased damage: the last games you played on one of the accounts show you killing with the AEK, but that AEK somehow adopted the Hardcore health model on a normal 100% health server..
