Burt rejected my appeal 1min after posting, which is not even enough time to review the video - in fact, Burt is the admin who originally issued the ban here.  I demand a 2nd admin review this ban.

I have dischord logs of Burt communicating with Matt and the other BP4L to coordinate the ban.  Burt didn't even bother to look into the thread from TBG, either - for obvious reasons.

This ban is ridiculous.  The video shows nothing more than me shooting through several well-known choke points (tunnels) and getting the drop/flank on people.  Obvious targets considering they are spotted on my mini-map.

The video also shows typical 40hz server lag.

The ban issuer is the leader of TBG clan (Matt) who is involved with a dispute on my choice of player names (along with his clan-mate BulletProof4LIFE (with an "i" not an "L" like my name).  Initially was reported on the TBGclan.com forums, with toxic and retaliatory comments.  24 hours later this ridiculous (no proof) ban was issued in BF4DB.

My ACI, GGC, and 24/7 Fairplay stats are all clean and well below averages - in fact, far below even the people who falsely claim I am "aimbotting".

I request that this no proof ban be lifted, as it is obviously retaliatory.  If TBG wants to ban me from their servers, then so be it, but BF4DB is not for that purpose.  It is to catch cheaters, which I am not.

Video shows clear use of an Aimbot.
