yes this is him ...  seriously  cheater are the worst to detect other cheater

probably the lack of skill or the dunning kruger effect

99 % I don't have to comment on a ban appeal because the mod are doing a great job.

also the admin can see your previous IP.

they are going to see that your IP  is almost look like  the IP of a cheater

you cheat with a similar name to a legit player.
