I've read the post where the BF4DB Director said that people who got banned after 2018 by PunkBuster can appeal their ban here. I'm aware that the linked Account ban stay, just for the "PunkBuster" Violation. Thats it I guess.
I also know that my previous account on this website got banned for some reason, thats why I created a new account, even though this might be against the rules on your website. It was the only way to do this.
When I got banned (may 2018) many other people got banned for #86001 Violation "Gamehack" too. Even people I know. I contacted EB and after 2 months of discussing the guy called Alex told me "We can't help you, even if the Violation got triggered without running any cheats". I deleted the link for the support ticket long time ago, otherwise I would post it here. Just to be clear, this is not a global ban. Just a kick for a Violation which gets triggered by a cheat. I even reinstalled windows my pc a few weeks ago, tested it etc and it still don't work for me. So the argument that any programs etc. trigger this violation is kinda bulls***.
You can't even search for those "bans" since they aren't logged on PBB Index. I thought that BF4DB would be able to let EB thinking about reinvestigating all violations. They just don't care anymore about that game, even EA doesn't. It is not normal that dozens of players get banned/kick call it whatever you want. There is no difference between this violation and a global ban. You aren't able to play anymore. No matter what you are doing
People I know told me that these bans usually get deleted after 9 or 12 months (happened in BF3). I'm curious if that will ever happen. I think there is a reason why games nowadays don't use punkbuster anymore, as far as I know Batllefield 4 was the last game using EB anticheat.
Thank you for your attention
