Main account banned for "cheating" after getting hacked - I didn't have 2step verification and learned my lesson. Okay, no problem. I make a new fresh account with BF4 legit and all that, then get banned for being linked. So how am I supposed to play BF4 ever again if every account I make will eventually get banned for being linked?

So this is my main account of 2 years which I have played metro only for the most part ( Same server, same map 90% of all my games: https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/lukaN1878/battlereports/391639977/pc/ ). My account was hacked while I was unaware and cheated on. Here is the link to the games which got reported:

This is when I realised the account was hacked because I would never play any of the maps of these games, and unsurprisingly it was with cheater stats on those specific games only. Surely there has to be a way to check the IP address during those games because no one will take my word for it otherwise. I did not have 2-step verification at the time but I do now. However, my 1 week ban is over (I believe) and I am still banned from every server. Why is this? It seems like I am stuck in a loop of being permanently banned because if I make a new account it will instantly get banned for being linked.
