Hello,
I am here to report player and popular streamer "Russian Paladin" (who's current in game alias is "outmaneuvering") for using an exploit. I understand that this player is marked as clean and has never been caught hacking in any form, but this is not a report on his scout heli abilities. He openly used on his stream an exploit that marks everyone on his map as spotted and and can even spot everyone on his screen. Based from what i have heard on his stream there is some customization as to how much he can have spotted. He calls this exploit "Valkyrie" and it requires him to restart his game to activate it. Despite his constant claims saying that it is not a hack or cheating in any form I believe that anything that requires you to restart you game to activate something within the game is an exploit. I do not believe that he is using a hack or macro since he does not receive and absorbent amount of spotting ribbons after each round using this exploit, and it does not require him to spam "Q" to use. He claims he uses it to combat stream snipers and he would be correct in saying that, because it is basically akin to a soft wall hack.

After he restarts his game he goes on to play a round of flood zone in which he goes 178-3 where he credits the exploit for allowing him to achieve this score. If BF4DB is going to start banning for game breaking glitches such as the invisibility glitch I fell that this should be added to that list. Since it is an exploit in which the game must be restarted to activate. Not to mention that it is performing the same function as a "spot hack".
