Hello. 

I had sent this thread last week. And now I have solved it, I got unban from Punkbuster.

So please unban me here. Thank you.

Last night I played BF4 at 7 pm to 8:30 pm, all are normal, then I went to watch TV. At that time, I kicked the power supply of my computer accidentally,  my computer restarted. When I finished watching TV at 11 pm, I wanted to play BF4, then it happened, CAN NOT PLAY.

The reason is "PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'KIKOKAN' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN e8d96731"

Please! I have never hacked in any game, I played CS, dota2, war3... all the games I played are normal.

Please help me to unblock it, I promise I didn't have hacking.
