Appeal :     hi,     I was ban  like 2 years ago  https://bf4db.com/player/ban/941695831   for multihack violation  , the thing is i dont use cheats on this game or any other online  games,i appel first time and someone  told to appel to punkbuster   i do and  i dont get any message from them ,  i dont have any proof because it was it was a long time ago,how can i do to show to proof my  innocence?

i dont know why im banned. back then i have many problem with punkbuster i uninstal  reinstall   play like 2-3 h close game and reopen it same problem.Now i dont have any problem, maybe was antivirus idk
