Today, try again to play and the server expels me, investigate until I reach this forum where apparently I am banned and I do not understand the reason. The ban agrees with the time in which I stop playing it, that is to say, I do not say that nobody has used my account. I have more than 1000 hours of play and no, I am not good at playing, nor do I have a good K/D or other values that indicate an anomaly in my stats. I would really like to know what I did wrong, and if it is possible to recover my account, I want to continue playing.
