Hi I'm new here, I'm probably posting in the wrong zone(sorry), but I'm tired of walking around to solve a problem that shouldn't exist.

My soldier's name is empresa87, I was banned, I have no idea why, I play BF4 from time to time (now, but I've played a lot more), I don't do anything weird and I find out that I was banned, which starts to be a problem every time I log into a server. I imagine they do it with the best of intentions, but it's very annoying for a simple player who doesn't even know why he was banned.

I would like to see where I can appeal to solve this problem and I am free to prove what is necessary.
