I'm sadly still banned from BF4 can I plz get some help

Hi dear BF4DB staff my names is Emil:) first of all I would like to pay my biggest respect for your service to this community and the hard work you put in to make us all happy and have a great in-game experience 

Well sadly my account http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/Razam19/stats/812002306/pc/  have been banned by https://bf4db.com/profile/Torsten-AUR- and I just don't get it I have never and I say never used cheats or other stuff to give myself an unfair advantage. My stats are also very normal and I just don't get it why did I get banned I haven't done anything wrong. Plz unban me I've spend so many countless hours playing and grinding my stats in the legitimate why I'm shocked sad and upset about my ban plz unban me
