I have Email correspondense proof off the hack, and recovering the account

from EA,

so dont be an absolute dick because you hate your job or replying to treads

-> So i figured out why it was banned and it apears to be stat related,

i used youre website to search for it but i also dont see why its banned cause i dont see a crazy stat

please dont lock  the treadh instantly cause i need more answers

a few years back my account was hijacked on and off 

i only noticed after buying bf1 and couldnt login to the account, i called customer service and had it fixed and recovered

today for nostalgic reasons i wanted to play bf4 operation metro but not one server

lets me play there before being kicked instantly

how do i fix this ?
