I just checked and I think you thought I was my friend "KanManHei".
We played together since he has got a false ban by PB. (Not only him, a lot players has the same situation: https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/138109/you-were-kicked-by-punkbuster)
Before that I have asked him how to change the Gavatar. I could't upload mine, so I tried to entry his email, then it's okay, no passwords or other information needed. Then I forget it, no change after that.
I have to say that I do not use any kind of cheating and hacking. Please unban :(
