I'm wondering why my friend, lll-bengzii-lll, keeps getting banned on BF4. Not only is he a fair player, I play with him often and he uses no hacks. He purchases the game a second time with a new account and was banned for having a similar name to his old account. What gives you the basis to ban someone with with no proof, and also falsely flagged for even balance violation? We both don't understand the issue and we have tried to appeal his ban on the PB servers but to no avail they will not email back.

He is extremely good, and at one point was the #1 tanker in the Netherlands. I've played with him from the beginning of the BF4 days on console. This is absolutely ridiculous and obviously the only way EA can keep bringing money in on a outdated game.
