Appeal: Someone hacked into my Origin account and hacked with it in game.

I already changed my password and set up and 2-factor authentication.

I can't prove I got hacked (I mean how could I ?) thats why you will probably denie this appel.

But is there anyway to get this ban lifted ?

Do i have to wait like some months or is this an indefinit ban?
