I was banned 5 months ago on Battlefield 4
What should I do to make me unbanned?

Hello . I was banned two days ago for AIMBOT, but I never used any cheats. I also saw the same ban on other people. Is this a mistake? And how is it not whether I can play a new battlefield V in this account? Thank you in advance.
