How do you differentiate between a problematic account and an innocent account? How do you find out that this account belongs to that person? Is there any basis for this?
I never bought the game. I'm playing the game for the first time. Even so, banning a person without new evidence is unprofessional. How did you know I bought a second game? Why would I use the same name if I had it?
