I tried to appeal a ban about a year ago. my account was taken over by a hacker, I am aware of this sites policy's regarding those circumstances however I am inquiring once again to see if the policy has changed or if there is anything I can do appeal this ban further. thank you.

Appeal:

My account was hacked by someone else for a period of time, they were using the names xxSUPERJETxx and GOTTA_GO21. After i started playing battlefield 1 on PS4 i did not play battlefield 4 for sometime, when I came back I tried logging in and my password had changed, I went through origin support and got my account back. Certain weapons on my account have kill numbers around 500 achieved in only 2 hours. The f2000 has 515 kills and has only been used for an hour and a half yet the m4 has 682 kills and has 9 hours there is a clear difference in skill between those 2 weapons. I used weapons like the M4, MK11, and the M40 while whoever hacked my account used the AEk, the bulldog, and the ace 23.
