seems like im getting thermal throttled. suddenly freezes mid-game and cpu speed downs to 1Ghz

my HDD started making sounds as it was failing. so i tried to move bf4 to my C drive manually but failed. i then reinstalled to C drive but after running the game, the punkbuster gives me this error:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'Tasty Curry' (for 0 minutes) ... No Packet Flow

should i reinstall punkbuster?
