can the spell now be removed?

Dear bf4bd team, Today I wanted to play some cozy round Battlefield 4 again after a very long time (1 year).When I wanted to go to a "conquest big" server I always got a kick notification which amazed me very much, I tried it on other servers as I thought it would be a bug to try after 4-5 I noticed a link in the kickNotification was placed at, I followed the link here and saw that I was banned by your plug in, there was also that I had cheated 100% but which was not so because I've never used programs that give me an advantage other playersopposite have provided (wallhack, autoaim etc.) it would be nice if this ban could be lifted
