Hi,
In 2016, I was kicked by Punkbuster while trying to join a few matches. I didn't know why and just assumed my internet connection was acting up, so I decided to come back later. A while later, I started getting kicked from matches, except this time it would tell me I was banned by PBBANS. It gave me the code "

Even though I have never hacked or cheated or glitched in any online or multiplayer game. I was confused as to why this was triggered so I googled the error code and discovered that there were several posts by people regarding this specific code for the ban.
The ban 69096 is due to Punkbuster detecting the presence of CheatEngine on your system. I didn't have CheatEngine installed. However, I did have a trainer for the singleplayer, offline game, Sleeping Dogs. Apparently, this trainer is based on CheatEngine.
Punkbuster detected the CheatEngine, which doesn't even work for multiplayer online games, and kicked me. They didn't ban me. Pbbans detected that Punkbuster kicked me, and gave me an unofficial ban. I wasn't allowed to play on 90% of servers pretty much.
Even after that, I still played for more than a year on the 10% that did allow me and I was always a 0% cheat score on BF4DB. As you can see from my Battlelog, none of my stats or games are suspicious.

Due to a kick made in error by PunkBuster, I was mistakenly banned by PbBans. After explaining my situation to PbBans, they refused to overturn the ban. I still played for over a year and then last week apparently someone messaged BF4DB about my PBBANS ban, and I was banned from the remaining 10% of servers.
I am a clean player and my history shows that. I hope that you will understand my situation and overturn this ban.
