Why can't this guy be reported and banned? He's "0% Cheat" yet has a blatant aimbot/headshot cheat going on. Not only that, he plays with a VPN and is from an "unknown country" according to admin procon and is most likely from China with that high ping latency. He shows up on US vs US servers such as I Like Turtles, Boots and Cats, and many players say !yes to his voteban in chat and he leaves in a panic.
