OK my account got banned a while ago not because of me so I wanted to ask if I will buy another account of battlefield 4 

will it get banned too because of my IP?

Appeal: I am new here, I got my account banned a while ago probably 2-3 years ago and I don't really remember how I got it banned but I remembered I gave this account to my little brother so I didn't really know what he did. so I got the account back and saw that every time that I got in a server I got kicked so I checked and saw that it got banned for stats. I asked my little brother if he cheated on my account and he said that he did. I really don't know what should I do, is it my fault that I gave him my account and now I can't play?. is there any way I can get my account unbanned. I already talked to my mom about this and he got what he deserved. is there a way to get my account back?
