I'm a PC player from China. I bought BF4 in 2014 or 2015. At first I just played normally, and one day, EA sent me a DLC for free. Therefore I found that I could get some new weapons if I finished some missions. As you know, some missions can only be finished in specified maps. So I started to look for severs with those maps. Then I found a sever named like ' Shua Qiang No Kill', I contacted the owner of the sever, he told me that if I registed the sever as VIP, I would be allowed to kill in that sever for upgrading my weapons. I paid him money and he put me into the white list. 

After that, I spent several months in that sever to unclock new weapons, new parts, new carriers and level by killing each other with the other VIP gamers. I'm sure this was the reason why my record was so abnormal. And I'm sorry for what I did. Yes, I got weapons I wanted, but I loss the fun of a game. 

When I got most of weapons, I stopped playing BF4 for almost 3~4 years. I played BF1 and BFV these years, and you can see how badly I played in BF1 and BFV. 

Today my college classmates told me that they bought BF4, they wanted me to play with them. So I downloaded BF4 again and found that I can't enter any sever. Then I realized that I might be banned by BF4DB.

I swear that I hadn't used any hack tools in any games. I will really appreciate if you give me a chance and cancel the ban.
