On the appeal, no one wanted to hold a discussion. I received an answer. This was the only thing I got an answer to my appeal.

This is not a normal answer from support. It's like I was sent away.

In the options, I asked for Translation assigned to @Russian Support. But I received an answer from an English speaker who responded with one phrase and closed the ticket.
The account to which the support linked me even uses a different weapon than me .He didn't even check it .Hi didn't give any evidence that I was guilty. You can't just accuse a person and block him.

I don't understand what's going on here.

I was banned. The reason is linked accounts. I deny it. I don't understand what it is and how it could have happened.

I wrote in the Discord about the ban appeal. In the ticket I just wrote that this is my only account and I play without any cheats. And I don't understand how I got banned. My game statistics are terrible in all parts of Battlefield. After that I was banned in Discord.

How can I prove that I play honestly if I was banned in Discord for simply creating a ticket. After this post I will probably be banned here too?

What should I do to get unbanned?

I play Battlefield on this account from the times of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and  never used cheats or other accounts.

I was banned by mistake and now I can't play my favorite part of Battlefield. Someone remove the ban
