Admin and IP search not there 3 years ago

Hi 

I pay monthly for the Gold access of things on players and my last payment was taken, can you please advise why I am unable to access this.

I have never had issues before

I just wanted to change the payment information for my account Loutw4enty, the account the monies are coming out of is going to be closed.

Is there another way to change the payment information.

BF3 has nothing to do with BF4. We don't ban for BF3 related things.

There is 0 evidence of aimbot in any of his recent reports.

Those linked accounts you are referring to had been linked to him and are now unbanned.
