Appeal:  I've been banned around july 2018, but didnt have the time to fck around with ban appealing. With that said, I've sent some appeal ticket on punkbuster official site, but based on their update rated they are not acrive from 2015 (?). They didnt respond with my appeal. Recently sent a 2nd one, still waiting.

Why I'm sure it's an error: I've played 1000 hours in this game, got premium. The GUID (whatever that means) that appears on battlelog when rejected to join the server is ef7f62ef

Im really pissed with this bs, played this frenchise for so long, got fed up with BF1 cause it sucks a big ding dong, logged in back to BF4 played few matches and bum banned. like wtf

Hopefully something can be done about this, I'd greatly appreciate it!
