Hello to whoever can help.  I have been banned for something to do with a weapon.  I'm not sure what it's about, nor do I know how to appeal this ban.  I am not cheating.  Look at my stats and you'll see for yourself.  Can anybody help me figure out how to appeal a ban?

I was recently banned from ESF servers for using an "aimbot".  Since I didn't know what an aimbot was, I Googled it and it turns out it's a cheat that improves your aim.  I can assure you with genuine honesty that I do not use this cheat or any other cheat for that matter.  I am a casual gamer that plays on some evenings and weekends once my kids are in bed.  I have no reason to cheat and do not condone others cheating.

I am not sure why someone thinks I am cheating.  Do you know how/why this would happen? If you review my stats, you will see that I am a mediocre player at best.  I just play for fun.

I am hoping this ban could be removed.  Thanks and best regards.
