Dear Sir,

I'm was surprised that my BF4 is banned for multi - hacking.I find it  funny ,because I don't even know how to hack or ever cheated on any online games .I think my account might be "compromised".I don't even know whats going on.My account user name is CyberNetWars.I log in one day and got kicked ,I thought it was punkbuster corrupted files . I reinstall   punkbuster many times but still got kicked! I thought my account might be banned.I contact EA Sports, customer support to see if my account is banned but they said my account wasn't banned.It's been almost a year sinced I play BF4 multi player,I enjoy playing BF4 ,its one of the best first  person shooters.I hope I can be able to play BF4 again,thanks for your time !
