I would like to appeal the ban on my account.

The first account was hacked more than 2 years ago, and now my current account  was also hacked about a week ago while I was away due to studying for exams.

I just recently regained access to the account through EA support and found that it had been banned.

I am not lying — I have all the proof and communication with EA that shows the account recovery process. I am willing to share this evidence with you if needed.

Please reconsider my ban based on this situation.

Hello, I fully understand the situation and I truly respect your rules. However, I did not have access to the account during the time in question. I now have proof from EA regarding the recovery of my account. I can provide it if needed.

Both accounts were hacked and accessed by someone without my permission. I wasn’t aware of the unauthorized access until I noticed unusual activity and later found out that both accounts were banned.

I have since secured my accounts, changed all passwords, and added extra protection. I have never used cheats or hacks, and I take fair play seriously.
