BF4 BAN APPEAL: LINKED ACCOUNT 4 years ago

Soldier Name: Doogl
Link To BF4DB Soldier Profile

Have You Claimed Your Soldier: Yes
Appeal:  I just decided to play BF4 for the first time in quite a while, but I'm getting banned from servers due to having a "linked account" ? (linked to this account if I understand the ban correctly; https://bf4db.com/player/1908743478) I've not played the game in years and I've certainly never hacked or cheated. A while ago I did have some trouble with my Origin/EA account where I got notified of suspicious activity and when I went to go reset my password some details had been changed (location was moved from UK to Russia/Serbia) and my accounts default language had been changed to Russian. Looking through emails related to this account it seems sign in attempts have been made from all over the world. So I'm guessing my account was hacked and then used to hack Battlefield? Since I found out about the suspicious activity I've changed password and added authentication and there's been nothing since, my registered devices are my own and located where I live.

The only evidence I can think to provide is that nearly all of the servers my account has connected to since I stopped playing have been in Russia. Also the list of emails notifying me of sign-ins from various countries that aren't GB.

I apologise if this is rambling and unhelpful but I'm kind of in the dark here as to what happened to my account and I'm not sure what evidence is useful. If information from my 'EA Account data' would be helpful I'd be happy to share anything relevant.

Thanks
