Its EAs latest patch that screwed everyone up GLOBALLY. Not just you. U have to launch from the game, until they release a new patch! (DOH) 

Why do you need a special video card? I mean if your game card is good enough to play the game u can stream record it. TRY OBS labs  or streamlabs obs

I don't have a video, but he was in Golmud Railway in one of my matches (TDM)

Out of 109 snipes he had 102 headshot kills m98B  . His overall HSKR is nuts
EDIT 110 out of 130
AN 95 at 54.95% accuracy of 91 kills seems very high to me
Type 88 LMG is 47% accuracy . that's nuts too.
