Appeal :

Hello! I'd like to take the time to make an appeal for my account: BitSector.

I'd like to start my appeal by explaining my situation:

I began playing Battlefield 4 around 2015-2016, when I had a computer powerful enough to run it. However, I sold my old laptop and gave up on gaming for a while.

Fast forward a few years, I built a new desktop PC to replace my old laptop gaming computer that I had sold, and am now able to run intense games like Battlefield 4 again, so I decided to download it to see what kind of FPS I might get (having never owned a desktop before). I hadn't played Battlefield 4 in over a year, and when I tried to login to my EA/Origin account, I found out that my password had been changed.

No biggie, I must've forgotten it, just need to reset the password through my email.

When I hit the "Reset my password" link, I went to my email and found this:

My username has never been Daktro_fcator, it's always been either BitSector, or RisingGuard.

I went into my Origin account settings and found that my name had been changed to Dmitri Maslov, and that my security email had been changed. So I removed all the false information, and the Outlook email that was not mine:

I've since activated 2 Factor Authentication, to avoid this situation from happening again:

Of course, this isn't where the story ends. I finally got back into my account and had made sure it wasn't able to get hacked again. I changed the password, set up 2FA, changed the email to only send to one secure email, etc.

When I launched BF4, I started a game of Conquest Large on Operation Metro, only to find that I had been kicked by the admin. No worries, probably just a server with a few slots reserved for VIP people. I connect to another one instead, and a minute in, the same thing happens again.

All it would say is kicked by admin, but I knew Battlelog would have an error message and I checked, to find a link to me getting banned: https://bf4db.com/player/ban/1955554675

The match in question was this one, and what instantly threw me off was the fact that I never use the Type 88 LMG, I've sorta just hated it since BF3, and so I avoided it in BF4

I went to check my weapons, and it popped up as my #9 weapon, but with only about 30 minutes of playtime with it.

Surely enough, the match that I was banned on only lasted about 30 minutes:

It's obviously a bit hard to prove that I really was hacked, but I am open to any ideas of how I can further prove the fact my account was compromised, beyond the screenshots I provided above.

Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal, as well as taking the time to ensure accurate bans are dealt out to those in the community who really do abuse cheats/hacks.
