Is it possible for someone to earn the "IFV Service Star" and "Conquest Service Star" on the Siege of Shanghai map in Rush mode ?

Because there is no IFV in this mode/map, and the mode is not Conquest.

Thank you for your response. I handle everything through Battlelog and hardly ever use EA. Which support team should I contact regarding this issue?

I can't add friends on Battlelog, do you have the same issue?
