What are the next steps?

I've had bf4 for a while but I was offline for about 3 months I only started getting the hang of it recently and joined the bf4db site when asking why I couldn't join certain servers they told me I had a ban which I was unaware of. For the past 5 months since playing again I've only played one server every night which is the Platoon I am part of now I can't join at all can some one please help me sort this out.
