This is not technically a ban appeal because Even Balance refuses to fix their mistake. My account was falsely banned for GAMEHACK and I've gotten the recognition from an admin on here that this was a PunkBuster mistake. I've been using my brother's account and was assured it won't get banned as well as a linked account. This has been getting old for my brother as it's been a couple months and he uses the account also. I just want to guarantee before I have to pay for a whole new account, that it will not be falsely banned again by BF4DB, because of PunkBuster's mistakes.. I just want to play the multiplayer game... I wish it wasn't this hard.

I was Banned for no reason whatsoever by PunkBuster for GAMEHACK. This is a complete mistake. I, nor anyone I know hack in any game, or even know how to install and use hacks for the matter. I only played the multiplayer in this game so essentially you robbed me of the money I paid for the game. I tried to use my brothers account till even balance responded to my ticket and now I have people on here accusing me of actually cheating and having linked accounts, thus getting my brother's account banned also. I will also contact Origin or anyone higher up I can find on this matter till it is solved. I refuse to buy a new account till the probability of that one getting banned for being linked is none.
