A player from our servers got banned by bf4db. i also saw the transcript. but the appeal got denied.

He kept asking in our discord to get whitelisted. he was at first, to record new video, but i removed it. Then i dm'd him. and looks like a cool guy, that is fighting his ban because of not cheating.  I dont say he is or he is not cheating. the only thing i want to do is helping a player that got banned when not cheating.

also i saw the transcript and he got a little mad, because it took a month.  His mom died also in that month.
will not talk it good for him, but i understand his frustration.

My question for Skulls or pmkevinrudd. to let him appeal 1 more time.  and send bf4db a new video recording of his game play

if its a real cheater then yeah banned for ever. but i slighty have an idea he is not.
