I am not new to battlefield 4. I was one of the first start to play with early accees  back in years and years ego and i been enjoying ever since for me is the battlefield 4 is best game ever i was argue in many platform and among the my friends too i didnt play for at lease couple of years for business reason and i completely  forgot my password and user name than  i wanted open new account  and i register with ea pro platform paid yearly fee reason to do that as much as i enjoying the play bf4 unfortunately by the years server get smaller with map option to play thats why i pick that ea pro option

I made little research i think people cheat when they catch by admin they buy again or do something else but i wasnt plan or did cheat it wasnt my intension to do and i dont know why  or how i get this ban i check may battle log my play time maybe sort but as i sad i did play the game before and my ratio is look normal and i dont think someone play  my game my son maybe but i dont think he did that because he is just 13 and he dosent alowed to play this game but last few days my pc repairs by one of the my friend hi is software engineer he build this pc for me just for the game i never ask him yet but still i dont think he is did it and i cant just ask him did he do such a thing or not it is kind of embarrassment for me and for him  because he may  take offensive but i will mention him what happened to me  whit this issue i dont know what to do 

i am never cheat i wont cheat not on this game but what ever the game is chest game board game card game i hate it  and i cannot  enjoy it winning by cheat for me it is not fun at all 

If you reconsider about this but i will be make sure no one will be access to my game on this pc i will  put password on my user account and no one will be able to play game but me then if such a thing happened i'll promise i will take  full responsibility what ever you will be decide 

i am hoping that you undo this ban at lease for ones that it wont happened again with knowingly or without
