Player is locking onto targets through walls at various points, demonstrated by the video. I tried to collect more clips for evidence, but he quickly left when I began spectating. Most obvious example can be found at :20s and at 1:10, where both times he locks other players through walls before they were visible on the minimap or in his field of view.
