Report below on our forum from another admin.  As you will see in the attached BR's the number of spotting ribbons is ridiculous, and playing as support so not a result of using MAV.  In the round he was banned on our server received 56 ribbons. 

At a moment I saw on minimap all the enemy team being "spotted".

Asked another admin to help me out find which one exactly is cheating. Simultaneously she was watching in-game and I watched in Spec mode. This one had sort of a "wallhack" on and he was spotting people over the whole map even without looking at them. You could constantly see him getting Spot score and in the report, you can see the spot ribbons.
