He was flying around map and then Ddos our server, Has multiple accounts,  some of which are banned. Multiple ip addresses and vpn's

Would you happen to have video of them flying around, or proof of the DoSing?

I do not, I saw him flying and as soon as I went in to spectate player our server was crashed. He does have linked accounts which are banned.
