    Combined with his sudden bump in KD and the IP History (From brazil to russia) I think its safe to assume this account was hacked and is now being used to cheat.

    Battlelog report that is attached is not related, no battlelog report for the match in question exists (yet) and he will likely not be included. Screenshot of stats is attached above.
