dont now what cheat he is using me and my fellow admin stent 2 hours finding evidans and this is all we got 

This is not very good evidence.  The information compiled in 21 seconds is non-existent.  More evidence is needed, and a longer video clearly showing him cheating is also needed because the stats we have on file don't paint a picture of someone who is cheating.

Found evidence of a magic bullet.  Battle Report.  He fired 1,241 shots, and only hit someone 4 times in this round.  This round resulted in 75 kills.  This player has been banned for multihack.
