He started cheating recently best M249 user I have ever seen and he has only been using it for 7 hours. It's very obvious he is using a no recoil/no spread script. 

Is it possible for you to get longer footage? Please try getting at least 2 minutes, which spans over multiple deaths

I was unable to get that much footage because I didn't stay in there long enough. I'll get it for you soon, it's just going to take some time until I run across him again.
