The BR linked above has a 96% kph, 53 kills, best weapon rex with 27 kills, only 6 headshots. The player also got 4 sniper ribbons, meaning most of the 53 kills were with either rex or a sniper rifle. This is not a hardcore server, so it's difficult to explain  without damage buf a 96 kph with barely any headshots.

At 1:40, Autible is the teleporting blue dot. I don't think it's a spec mode bug, because he ends up inside a wall.
