    It's hard to see the name because of you setting, however the vid is very short and doesn't show him killing someone. Try recording a longer video with him abusing the glitch like spotting enemies, killing, etc.. use the spectator mode if the server provide.
    But clip will be saved if you catch him doing it again he will be banned. Feel free to report it again on our dicord.
