This one is fun, Definitly using a vehicle hack. 

here you can see the rocket truck firing missiles almost sideways

here you can see the rockets (again sideways) and hitting a dude spot on

This last video shows some weird spectator thing. Not really sure what's happening, but it isn't normal.
