this guy is at the time lvl15  

stats don't say much at all but it felt off to me 

Boring start maybe skip to timestamp 

03.01 seems to have damage mod on here as they die very quick compared to bullets used

04.08 guy almost not visible yet he locks him them changes to hip fire and head shots him

04.16 perfect aim and spot

it locks first guy up stairs but someone else kills kill then it relocks to the other 2 guys

14.01 runs into E guy not spotted on mini map turns in the perfect direction to bring up gun and aim

I'm Still new to reporting so id like more skilled eyes to have a look I could well be wrong

Looks like he's dropping KDR stats Now  last 12 games are pitiful since my report was Lodged
